M.A.C.S is called in by lenders, councils and landlords to go out to customers who have fallen into arrears and find out the full extent of their different debts.
Under instructions from lenders, councils and landlords we visit customers at their home and discuss the reasons for their mortgage, loan or rent arrears.
We also provide comprehensive information on the customer and property visited, including the customers work status, debts, lifestyle and other tenants in the property.
We compile detailed reports providing up to date information about the customers, and details of the present occupancy. We also seek long-term solutions intended to retain goodwill and yet ensure customers meet their payment commitments.
M.A.C.S use arrears management software to ensure that all visits are within protocol and the client has a record of the visit and the detailed finaincial assessment of the customer.
